Carefree Property Management Fees Not as Bad as You May Think

Carefree is a tiny town on the northern fringe of the Phoenix metropolis. Few of us Phoenicians have been there and only a slightly larger handful have even heard of it. It is a town notorious for its cowboy character, isolation, and charm. Gordon Lightfoot immortalized the place in his song "Carefree Highway."

It is a rather wealthy community, which would lead many to believe that owning property here could be burdensome. In reality, the Carefree property management fees levied by the municipal government are not as bad as most people would think. This is a rather low-tax area, due to the cowboy Conservatism found among most residents of the town.
